Sniqus’s solo exhibition “Sneakers by Sniqus” at Caelis Galería takes viewers on a journey through the world of sneaker culture, subcultural aesthetics, and the visual language of heritage classics.
The artist’s work draws from the intersection of daily life, street culture, and artistic tradition. From the sneaker craze in subculture, to common behaviors in everyday life, to the visual language of heirloom classics, Sniqus constantly updates the viewer’s perception of familiar subjects.
Through his distinctive artistic vision, Sniqus transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary — finding beauty and meaning in the objects, moments, and cultural artifacts that shape contemporary experience.

About the Artist
Sniqus
Symbolic Surrealism
He lives and works in Sabadell (Barcelona, Spain). Inspired by the words of one of the best Catalan surrealists Modest Cuixart about his quality of imagination and infinite creation of new forms he decides to start being part of the art world in 2003.
Since then he has learned several techniques such as oil, acrylic, airbrush, paint with inks, sprays that he later combines in one with a very marked style. His points, stripes, circles, hidden labyrinths come together to show you feelings, scenes of life and beyond, passions, failures and joys, motivational characters. Forms that demonstrate the virtues and defects of this magical-tragic experience called life.
